What are the payments methods accepted?

All transactions are made in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) via PayPal or Online Banking. We do not accept cash on delivery. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your Debit/Credit card using PayPal.

What is the duration it takes for VG Mall to deliver my order?

We strive to deliver to you within 3 working days upon receiving orders. However, during special circumstances, such as peak period or holiday seasons, we may extend to 5 working days if required. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.

What is your return policy?

In order to maintain the quality of all our products, VG Mall does not accept any returns or exchanges. Any claims for reimbursement, replacement and/or refund of perishable goods, possibly spoiled due to shipping delays, will be reviewed by us & settle the claims with our shipping carriers.

We would apologize if there is any product that you purchased not delivered or wrongly delivered. We are committed to replacing the product on the earliest available delivery slot. Should there be any defects in the product, please contact us within 2 working days for an exchange and we would work on doing a replacement as soon as possible

How should I store the product?

All our products are created to add convenience to your life, hence they are easy to store. Just keep them in the freezer of your household refrigerator for frozen products. For dry products, follow the instructions provided on the packaging, store them in a cool and dry place to prolong shelf life.

How do we ensure our purchased goods are delivered in good conditions?

All our frozen products are stored in tight temperature-controlled freezing facilities before delivery. We engage with the quick delivery carrier to deliver your product to your doorsteps as soon as possible.

Why is there no shipping option for the frozen product in my area?

To ensure the best conditions of our frozen product, we only support delivery up to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya. Location out of these areas is only limited to the delivery of the dry product. If you’re interested to arrange bulk delivery of the frozen product to your area, please contact us for more details.
