VEGETARIAN MUTTON CURRY (香咖哩燉之宝)
Something spicy and fragrant is brewing…. It’s our Vegetarian Mutton Curry! This classic Malaysian favourite with a twist is sure hit, delectable to the last bite!
INGREDIENTS:
SuXianZi Stewed Mutton – 100g
Carrot (diced) – 120g
Potato (diced) – 200g
SEASONING:
OKK Veg. Meat Curry Paste – 1 pack / 120g
Water – 500g
Coconut Milk – 80g
METHOD:
1. Bring water to a boil and add in diced carrot and potato into a pot to cook for 5 minutes
2. Saute the shredded ginger in a little cooking oil (1 tablespoon)
3. Add OKK Veg. Meat Curry Paste and SuXianZi Stewed Mutton into a pot of boiling water and simmer about 7 minutes
4. Add coconut milk and stew over low heat for 2 minutes
5. Ready to serve

香咖哩燉之宝
材料 :
素仙子燉之宝(OKK香菇系列)– 100克
红萝卜 (1条) – 120克(切方块)
马铃薯 – 200克(切方块)
调味料:
OKK 素加哩肉即煮酱 (OKK酱料系列) – 1包 (120克)
清水 – 500毫升
椰浆 – 80克
作法:
1) 首先清水放入锅里煮滚,将红萝卜与马铃薯沸滚大约5分钟。
2) 过后加入素加哩酱与燉之宝沸滚7分钟,最后加入椰浆,小火慢沸滚2分钟后即可起锅倒入碗里。
