ingredients:part A:yi dah xing veg filling balls 1 packet(300g) part B:long beans 100g,tomato(wedged)1pcs,light soy sauce 1tsp part C:tom yam paste 2 tbsps,oil 1 tbsp 原料:材料A:益达兴包心贡丸1包(300g) 材料B:长豆100g,番茄(zhong)1粒切块,酱油1小匙。 材料C:东炎酱2大匙,油1大匙。
method:1.cook ingredients A (frozen)into boiling water for approx.5minutes.drain and set aside. 2,heat the oil and stir fry the tom yam paste until fragrant.add in ingredients B,stir fry well. 3.add in step 1 ,stir fry and simmerfor 1 minute or till long bean is cooked and serve.
作法:1.将材料A(不需解冻)放入滚水中煮约5分钟,水沥干待用。 2.油烧热,把东炎酱炒香后加入材料B炒。 3.加入做法1拌炒,盖锅盖,焖约1分钟至长豆热透即可。
