原料 : 魔芋粉,大豆蛋白,淀粉,盐,糖,味精
seasoning/Cooking method : soy sauce 15g,sesame oil1 tsp,sugar 1tsp,chili powder 1/2 tsp,all spice powder 1/2 tsp,vegetarian barbecue sauce 20gm / 1)heat up 10g oil and saute all ingredients.add in 300g yi dah xing vegetarian gizzard,stir fry. 2)add spoonful water,cook for further 5min or till fragrance.
煮法/作法:酱油15g,麻油1小匙,糖1小匙,辣椒粉半小匙,五香粉半小匙,沙茶酱20g / 1)10g热油加入所有调味料炒香,加入300g益达兴素腰花拌炒。2)加入少许,焖煮5分钟入味后即可。
